Deconstruction is the process of disassembling a structure by hand in the reverse order in which it was built. This process allows us to save all useable material. This differs from demolition where structures are crushed and hauled to the landfill.
We can deconstruct small structures including houses, garages and out buildings. We can assist in remodeling projects by removing cabinets, trim, walls, and flooring. We save all useable materials which are offered at the EcoStores Warehouse for sale and all useable materials that are given to the store are inventoried for the owner to be claimed as a non-profit donation.
Bids are competitive, usually less than the bull dozer. We follow the building and safety requirements for demolition.
